About The Position
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing the sale of SHARx services from beginning to end as well as reaching out to potential distribution partners and prospects who may have a need for SHARx offerings for themselves or their clients. This individual is the direct point of contact for a distribution partner or client and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout the sales and implementation process. A Regional Sales Director should know the services inside and out and guide their prospective clients through the process efficiently and satisfactorily.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent SHARx in the market with a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings
- Research consumer needs and solutions and stay up to date on changes in the industry
- Build and nurture relationships with potential, incoming, and existing distribution partners and prospects
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Assist in the implementation process for incoming groups
- Collaborate with other departments including implementation and account management to ensure groups’ needs are being met
- Contact new and existing customers distribution partners to discuss if SHARx may be an appropriate solution for their clients
- Conduct sales presentation and provide a comprehensive explanation of SHARx offerings to potential clients
- Attend client meetings and presentations, sales events, and industry trade shows as needed
Position Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Prior sales experience or SHARx Account Management experience require
