The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing key software initiatives as well as providing guidance for smaller project teams. This role bridges project management and coaching, ensuring project success while helping engineers develop their own project management skills.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor developers who are managing smaller projects, guiding them in planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Establish best practices for project management within the development team.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts and business stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, balancing project priorities with ongoing operational and technical debt concerns.
- Develop expertise in our project management software to take full advantage of its capabilities.
Position Requirements:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience in software project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Â
- Ability to balance multiple projects, keeping all involved organized and up to date. Â
- Strong root-cause analysis abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.Â
