About The Position
The Business Analyst, Financial Client Operations position works in conjunction with Sales, Account Management, and various departments within the organization to provide analytical support. The main responsibilities will be to develop proposals in response to requests from prospective clients and prepare quarterly savings reports for existing clients. The Business Analyst will support the existing Reporting & Data Analytics team to analyze large volumes of prescription claims data using existing Excel models and will play a central role in ensuring the RFP and Reporting processes are accurately executed in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the analytics team to prepare presentation of data, visualizations, and data sourcing
- Interpret and analyze data across multiple file formats (e.g., CSV, Excel, Text) to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
- Complete scheduled and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Office software and SQL.
- Prioritize list of current proposals and reports to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and escalate issues and questions promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks efficiently and ensure the timely delivery of reports and information.
- Review and import data files from external vendors related to pharmacy claims and member eligibility.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1-3 years of data analysis, entry, modeling, or data management experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including expertise with pivot tables and advanced modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage and organize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy or Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
