About The Position
The Accounts Receivable Specialist position works in conjunction with the Financial Client Operations team. The main responsibilities for this position will be to handle our daily payment processing and accounts receivable functions. Strong attention to detail is essential. This position is part-time and fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments accurately and timely in QuickBooks
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- Work with our Finance Team to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with clients about payment discrepancies and queries
- Process adjustments and refunds
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience using QuickBooks online in a similar capacity
- Experience using Bill.com
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
