About The Position

As an Account Manager II you will participate on a team coordinating and providing prescription advocacy services to our clients. The Account Manager is the central point of contact for assigned employer groups and participates in our customer experience from onboarding through the ongoing maintenance of their account. The primary duty of an Account Manager is to ensure that your accounts are provided with the highest level of customer service and assistance throughout their entire partnership with SHARx.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as direct contact for clients and brokers on existing cases for billing questions, HR requests, and escalations of member issues.
  • Provide updates to designated client contacts for non-responsive members or to assist in getting correct contact information.
  • Assist in the implementation process by managing new client onboarding, hosting kick-off calls with the clients, and participating in open enrollment meetings, if requested.
  • Conduct review meetings with brokers and clients to provide quarterly performance reports.
  • Manage group renewal process.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of Account Management, Client Services, or related experience.
  • Strong and effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills to effectively manage multiple accounts.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and make decision to escalate as needed.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health insurance industry experience.
