About The Position
As an Account Manager you will participate on a team coordinating and providing prescription advocacy services to our clients. The Account Manager is the central point of contact for assigned employer groups and participates in our customer experience from onboarding through the ongoing maintenance of their account. The primary duty of an Account Manager is to ensure that your accounts are provided with the highest level of customer service and assistance throughout their entire partnership with SHARx.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as direct contact for clients and brokers on existing cases for billing questions, HR requests, and member issues
- Provide weekly updates to designated client contacts for non-responsive members or to assist in getting correct contact information
- Assist the Implementation Project Manager in managing new client onboarding including new member outreach, participating in kick-off calls with the clients, and participating in open enrollment meetings, if requested
- Conduct review meetings with clients to provide quarterly performance reports
- Review daily files from various partners and work with the advocacy team for cases that need attention
Requirements:
- Strong and effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and make decision to escalate as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills to effectively manage multiple accounts
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of Account Management experience
- Health insurance industry experience strongly preferred
